    did squats two days ago and i'm still walking like I got a stick up my ass.

    Only did 225 x 6 for last set (don't laugh), and cannot walk normally now.

    a little common sense and doing squats AFTER cardio day would've been better.. LOL

    Just keep pushing it. You'll get conditioned for it in a couple more weeks.
