  • Whats everyones favorite Delt Excersise?

As long as Im at it. Lets here this one also. I'm big on delts. I love to make sure my delts are bigger then the persons head working out next to me. LOL  I LOVE Arnold presses with STRICT FORM!!!!!!! That is my favorite delt excersise. I do love drop sets of side delt raises also. There are a few other excersises I do for delts that are too hard to explain in words, but just would love to hear what everyone else loves.

    PEACE! KIR

GREAT idea with the heavy bag bro. Definitely will get all your muscle fiber in your delts working overtime. I've tried it in the past and it is extremely hard after one of my routines. Definitely something I will consider giving a try again now that you mentioned it just to shake things up again. Thanks bro. PEACE! KIR

I do military presses to get the blood flowing, followed up arnold presses SQUEEEEEEEEEEZING the muscle when twisting it. Then the usual side/front laterals. I know I had a good workout when I can't raise my arm to take a sip from my water bottle.

Arnold presses also, followed by over head drop sets which really sets off the earthquakes in my shoulders bro..

Military's are my core exercise in almost every shoulder w/o, then lateral raise, followed up with upright row's then shrugs.
