    I thinking of starting the max-ot traing anyone have any thoughts about it. i kinda fat from christmas so i thought i might as well start trying to get big. also whats a good web stite to show how all the exsersis are done

        I had tried it at a given period of time not going to say it was bad training...i just prefer a standard 5 day split or a 6 day powerbuild split as opposed to that....just me personally u make like it though...

          i have done it, good for overall strength gains, but i didnt get much size gains, but everyone is different,

          u should also check out hst and dfht,

          i had awsome gains on dfht and im gonna start hst.
          i have also heard about GVT , never looked into it though

            Here is a link to the pdf of the entire Max-OT program. I started it 3 months ago and have made excellent gains in strength and size. I recommend it for anyone.

              it works for awhile but you have to frequently change your routines to keep it working IMO. i still use it today.

              on this site they also show you how to do all the exercizes with a detaield explaination and give you a list of exercizes to do and not do that are MAX-OT approved :D

                  works great. my bench went from 4x4 with 170 to 4x4 with 200-205 in about a 2 months-3 months i dont remember but yea. 4x4 with 205
