  • Morning Cardio and keeping gains

    I was thinking about doing morning cardio to lose some bf. Its not that really high and all around say 14-15%. I got a 6 pack but its covered in a little layer. How can I work on morning cardio and keep my current size. Im 5'11'' 220 right now, off cycle.

    its easy...30 min cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. 30 min cardio after lifting. eat and train properly and muscle loss should be minimized.

      im gonna bump this one up.


      I got school at 10am this summer now, so im gonna be waking up at 6:30 am. What type of intensity should i do with morning cardio. Never done it before. My sister is a jogger, so she wanted me to go with her and do for a job in the morning.

      Can I take a AllThey Whey shake before doing the cardio. The afterward have my big breakfest (10eggs whites, 1/2 cup of oats, raisens /water and vitamins.

      So far im going good in diet wise. I posted my diet a while back and got it in check.

        Sounds good - I would just tell you to stick with a brisk walk though...

          thanx man. Goal right now is too lose as much bodyfat around mid-section. Im concerned on losing muscle. So far diet is going well, lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks since started. Keeping the protein around 315-325gams right now. No more do i got that beer gut, nor alot of bodyfat around it.

          I was currently doing 45 minutes on treadmill, around 65% intensity every thursday. Im gonna have to pick it up a bit.

          How about doing the cardio out in the open.

            i like doing my cardio in the afternoons, shirtless, walking the dogs... get some nice vitamin D that way
