I havent worked out seriously in quit a while i was benching and really stupidly was going kinda heavy for not lifting in a while. anyway i did 5x5 decline and incline and did some pull downs etc and finished up my workout. I knew i would be sore the next day but damn am I sore. my chest is swelled up and it looks like i got some perky tits .I iced my chest and i can still do pushups but i just feel super tight. kinda hurts to push on them.
any insite on this would be great anyone ever had this before ??? plz help!!!
