give me in your opinion a damn good all around shoulder workout!!
I will give you one exercise that is guranteed to burn the hell out of your shoulders. this is to be a uni-lateral medial delt raise. your arm should only be bent to about 170 degrees (as opposed to a 180 straight arm out). raise a lighter than normal dumbell to a position parallel to the floor. hold the dumbell for a 3-5 second count in that position. then slowly lower the dumbell but do not bring it to the starting postion. only bring it down 3/4 of the way and then do a slight pause and start to bring the weight back up and repeat until you reach failure with partial reps. then do the other arm.
also just do straight up shoulder press. this is a great exercise. alternate between barbell and dumbell press each week. go around 6-10 reps. if you want throw in some arnold presses where you begin with palms facing inward then rotate the dumbell on the way up.
I have dramatically increased the size of my front delts recently with seated, freebar military using both heavy and light weight. I worked up to be repping with 225, that is fun. Also, I was doing 135 as many times as possible as my first set. This is an incredible pump, do it like 30 times...
DB lateral drop sets are brutal as well. for instance:
pick up a set of 45's and hammer out 10 reps
drop the 45's and pick up 35's, bang out 10 reps straight away
drop the 35's pick up 25's hammer out 10 more
drop the 25's and pick up 20's, slam out 6-10

shoulders will be on fire and pumped as hell!
actually if you combine mine and goliaths post into one set. do slow partial reps and use the drop set method I bet your arm would fall off. I am going to have to try that. :D
