      lift first but the cardio should not be run too long after a lift without consuming some simple carbs

          I do cardio fisrt but at different times of the day. If I do them together then I lift first so my workout does not suffer.(with a small protien/carb shakein between).

            Depending on my schedule ill do cardio in the morning then lift later on in the day. And sometimes ill lift then do cardio... its just when i can fit it in

              you guys think that if i did cardio in the morning my workout that night might suffer?

              im going to start cutting soon and i have some spare time in the morning.

                  I would always do cardio last, because I feared if I did cardio first, I might be too tired to lift to get good results.

                    ROFL ! nice pic rude ! and i do cardio in the morning and lift in the evening. but usually if im gona do sprints, ill do it after lifting. ohh ya and sprints really help cut me up.

                      I lift first, then skip the cardio and go home. :)

                        i usually do 10 mins on the treadmill and warm up then lift...
                        usually do full cardio on a different day.

                          I am new.....but I find that if I try to do too much cardio before I lift I do not have the energy to do much more in my workout. I changed it up to do cardio on the off days inbetween my lifting and it's made a big improvement. I am getting more energy to workout as a result.
