Try This calf workout. . .and make sure you do controlled, full range reps. .all you speed freaks that do partial reps with the whole stack go home and stop wasting your time. . .your calves do that kind of shit all day. . .
3 supersets of seated calf followed by toe press in the leg press machine. . .10 reps at a 202 temp
rest 30 seconds to one minute in between each superset.
then do 10 sets of standing calf raises.
pick a weight that you can lower for a 2 count and raise for a one count for 15 reps. . .rest 10 seconds between each set and just keep dropping the weight as necessary to keep the reps above 10.
If you do this properly you will be a cripple for a few days. . .guaranteed. . .I made mr. universe hobble last week and he is a freakin beast. . .
