    What is everyone's favorite bodypart to train?

    My favorites are quads and back. I used to hate training legs, but the feeling of putting the hammer down and hobbling out of the gym is simply euphoric. Love it!

    What do you all just love to smash?

    My back. And yet my stupid fucking delts and traps get bigger than anything without really training them as hard.


    But my back is my favorite hands down

      I'm always thinking of the end product so my entire body is my favorite to train because if something is lacking it throws off everything else.

      If you think in terms of "favorite" that implies you have a least favorite and you can't think like that because your least favorite won't be trained as well.

        I don't have a favorite part per say but I have a favorite group, I enjoy leg training days, Thighs, Hams, Calves.

          The big 3 e3d. Nothing like having your whole body pumped and primed for food. Eat like a monster for a couple days, rest, then back at it.
