    I have been working out good last couple months since recovering from my torn triceps. I can see limitations on what I can do with it. As long as I stay with moderate wieghts(for me) I do fine with it. If I start pushing heavier weight a bit I can feel it straining so I stop and go back to the more moderate weight. been stuck at this point for a few weeks now.I am not close to where I was before the injury. I would say 70% or so.

    Im thinking I will just start doing extra sets to get more work in or do you think that would just aggrivate the muscle as bad as trying to push heavier weights?

    Anyother ideas on what I could do? maybe train it a bit less with more recovery time?
