Rodman, you need something like Photoshop or Vu see or ACDsee or XP has its own viewer. Its a *.bmp file you need to open.
Jenny, I've been following your cycle from the beginning and like FG, I want to see some before and "during" pics. The suspense is killing me.
Good luck with the rest of your cycle and post your progress!!!

I'll have to agree...not to be a bitch....BUT, IMO, it seems as though you may have better gains by eating a solid mass gaining diet. SO many times, women do anabolics because they think their potential is maxxed out. When, in all actuality, better results could be achieved through proper training, and ESPECIALLY DIET.Originally posted by Ike
Would I be considered an asshole for saying that you're not ready to be doing anabolics yet?
Many women think if you do AAS, you will build more muscle and in essence burn more calories making it easier to burn fat. NOT THE CASE. It is very possible to add fat over fat, while building muscle. In addition, if your ligaments and joints can't take the heavy lifting because you haven't trained naturally long enough for your body to build the resistance, flexibility and strength needed to accomodate the use of AAS....which in turn spells:
INJURY.;)

I've been off for a long time already. I ran the var for approx 10 weeks. My strength is still up, and haven't lost any of my gains. Right now I am focussing on incorporating a little more cardio to my training to loose a little added fat I put on. I'm not planning on running another cycle for a while now. Currently just taking eca and is working great. Thanks redsquirrel for your concern but as i said cycle has been over for quite some time now.Originally posted by redsquirrel
BTW- How long do you plan to run this???? It seems as though you have been on for a very loooong time....

That's great that you think you haven't lost anything. I assume you're having your BF and LBM checked regularly? Are you doing a cutting diet now? How long have you been off? The several times I have done AAS, the strength does stay with you for a biut once you come off...the challenge is keeping those lifts...which in turn keeps the muscle.Originally posted by Jenny
