  • Nolvadex for females???

Anyone out there use nolva, and what did it do for you?

My wife has been working out, and eating right for a few months now, and she keeps hounding me to get her something to help shed some fat.
She asks me about t3/clen, and all that but i dont think that would be a good choice for her since she doesnt even like the effects of ECA.
I know some females use nolva to keep their estrogen in check which prevents the body from storing fat in those problem areas, but if anyone has done it please share......did it make you act wierd from your hormones? did it really help with the problem areas, and how much?

The only reason women take this is to help with POST CYCLE rebound. It helps a woman's body get back to normal hormone levels after a cycle. The only other reason to take it is pre-contest to help get rid of the very stubborn fat...even then, it is taken at small doses for short periods of time. Nolvadex is not looked upon as a long term solution to lose fat...There is no "magic pill".

She does not need to be taking anything....especially Nolvadex. It could really screw up her natural hormones. Although it can suppress estrogen production, the long term risks could be that she ends up holding onto fat.

She has got to realize that this way of life takes a long time and a great amount of commitment and persistence. It will take her some time to train her body to burn what she puts in it. IMO, it is not wise for her to take anything other than ECA or Clen.

From what I understand the rebound for women comming off of Nolva can be wicked - I wouldn't touch it.

Yohimbe is very good for targeting fat cells located in 'estrogenic distribution areas'....see if you can get her some pharm. grade yohimbine and give that a try.
