Something that I tried for focus and concentration was Gabatropin from Patrick Arnold's company, Ergopharm. I have used it for high concentration tasks with great success. Maybe it will help you too.

Well, just had my BF done. Not as low as I thought...12.5%...I have 6 weeks left to diet. Which means, in order for me to get on stage, I have to lose .75% BF a week. It's nut crunching time. no more pistachios, nothing except what the diet says.
My body is being sooooo STUBBORN!!!! My 6th meal was dropped completely, fasting time increased, and 1 more morning cardio session. My portion sizes dropped as well. We went over to some friends' house last night, and she is 2 weeks out from a figure show, and she is about 10%. She looks great. What I can't believe is how much difference 2.5% BF makes. I'm not getting discouraged, just anxious.

Got on the scale today and weighed 143lbs., ..(I was 145 yesterday) and abs were a LITTLE more prevalent. Sonis and I pinched and looked at me, and my abs, and torso are just going to come in last. I'm a week into taking the Clen/T3, and I think the T3 is finally starting to kick in. I'm sure once I start the Proviron,it will tighten me up quite a bit, but that doesn't start for another 2 weeks. I am extremely tired today, though. I get my carb meal tonight, though!! Yummm!!

5 weeks of dieting left to go. Today I was 142, and 11.5% BF!! I think I am finally starting to turn the corner!!! I'm starting to see potential, so I am seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. Not to mention the whole cheat day I get after the show!! LOL. It's like a catch-22, though. I'm starting to look really lean, but I'm feeling I look emaciated. I know that's the process, but what a mind fuck!! I did get a boost when I went to the gym,though. A woman came up to me and asked for workout advice and such. She said "What do you do to get you legs to big and cut?" I was like WTF?? Who are you looking at?? I didn't say that, but it just goes to show you how body distortion takes effect.
My cardio got upped from 3 mornings/ wk to 4, and evening cardio was increased to 35 min. Fasting time still at 11 hrs.
One major change will be this: I'm starting IGF tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.
I think it's time to start posting some pics! I'll have them up for sure this week!

lol, I would like to read ONE post from you where you were happy with your body that day, j/k
that aside, it is funny how mirror is slightly different than picture in the mind, your mind picture probably was not emaciated
either way, just keep it rolling forward, very few have made it this far, so in certain ways you are already a winner.

Grrreaat. I was on the Jin. I started the IGF to get that little extra push over this hurdle. I start Nolva next week, but I wanted to run this for 4 weeks. Many have had good success with it. If I can lose an extra .5-1% BF from it, and maybe put on a lb. of muscle, it was worth it.
Man, the things we put our bodies through for this.
