My girlfriend has recently started going to the gym with me, and I was wondering what type of workout I need ot put her on. She is 5'4 120 and 20%bf. She doesn't really want to lose more than 3 pounds, but she does want to lose fat off her torso and legs. She has never worked out before, or played any sports but is pretty diehard at working out with me and seems to enjoy it. She wants to workout 4 times a week and only wants to be in there around hour - hour & 1/2. If anyone could help me set her up a workout I would be extremely grateful.
P.S. Right now I have her doing around 20 minutes of cardio and a different set of muscles every day i.e. cardio/chest; cardio/arms; cardio/legs; cardio/back&shoulders. I make her do most of her sets 12-20 reps.
