  • steriods for women

hello i was wondering if someone could help me out alittle.
my girlfriend was interesting in doing a cycle, maybe some prop or something, but estrogen makes her sick. she can't take birth control pills, she is on depo. i know that steriods cause increased estrogen in the male body, but what kind of effect would that have on her, as far as estrogen effect. what type of steriod would recommend. i have deca, prop, enanthate, susp, sest, and alittle cyp. thanks in advance

Why does your g/f want to do a cycle? What are her goals? What is her training and diet like? Unless she's been at it solid for a few years she shouldn't be doing a cycle. All the stuff you guys take aren't really the best for women, too many sides like permanent facial hairgrowth, etc. Many women experience an estrogen rebound when they come off cycle. When she's ready, Anavar would be good for a first cycle for a woman. She should really join here so we can help her directly, it's much easier that way. :)

thank you puddles for responding. she teaches aerobics, works out with weights and has been doing this for probably 8 years, diet is real clean, she's 5'-4 bout 128lbs. she just wants to firm up alittle more, she's kinda at a stand still. i am reluctant bout her using any gear, i think she is perrrrrfect but she's getting frustrated bout the lack of progress.

what's her diet and training look like?

if she is an aerobics instructor she probably does a lot of cardio.

a few things - she may not be eating enough to break through a plateau. change up her diet if she hasn't made any changes to it recently.

what are her goals? it's hard to help when we don't know what she's trying to achieve.

thank you. she gets about 1500 cals a day, got her eating about 1gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. carbs are on the low side. she has a problem with eating at night, not hungry thru the day, too busy. she wants to get where she can see her abs and some more muscle tone. she probably has 15% bodyfat. i'm guessing at that. she needs to lose about 10 or 12 lbs, or gain a few lbs of muscle, or a combination of both.

she needs to eat more calories.

            based on this thread:

            http://www.superiormuscle.com/vbulle...=&threadid=411

i made the assumption she was 30, she should be eating at least 2200 cal to maintain.

to add muscle she should be eating more protein. increase her intake to 1.5-2grams per lb. in addition, she should be eating like you - meaning 5-6 small meals a day.

best thing for her right now is to change her diet and start eating more to add some muscle.

she does not need anabolics, she needs to train more intensely - does she lift heavy?

we (she and i will check out that thread). oh i'm sorry forget to tell her age, she's 35. yea she trains pretty heavy. i've tried to get her to eat like me, 5 or more small meals a day. she owns a gym and is very busy and doesn't have much time during the day to eat. but does have protein drinks through out the day when she doesn't have time to eat. i want to start training her, but as i said earlier she doesn't have much time and i work a full time job, so after work when i workout she is still at work and doesn't get off till 8:30.

i know it's hard, but if you're both dedicated to the lifestyle - which sounds like you are, you'll get there.

one small step at a time. she's been in fitness for 8 years, a few more months to make adjustments and changes won't seem long. let's just not be like a lot of the ppl we've been seeing on here lately - who are looking for the magic pill which doesn't exist.

i'm sure when you guys make the change to her diet, you'll start seeing some positive changes.

she's not ready for the AAS and honestly - it doesn't sound like she needs it.

I know I'm getting in on the tail end of this, but I do have a few comments:

                        1) for her first cycle should not be Prop. Most of the drugs you DO have would not be anything a woman would ever mess with; whether it's their first cycle or not.

                        2) I'm confused- the Depo shot is B/C in a different form. It's all some form of estrogen and progesterone.

                        3) When women take AAS, their estrogen is SUPRESSED. Hence, why you hear of many women going through estrogen rebound. (edema, fat gain) So, in answer to your question, she would not get sick. But again, goes back to the question I asked in #2.
