My chick wants to start Hubuei clens .04, but i have no idea what to dose her at and for how long. She is 33, 5'5' 125lbs, help me out please!

try to get her on the board to discuss her goals and lifestyle it will help get her better answers.

She just wants to lose some weight and tone her muscles. She has been on for over a month now a strict diet, does extensive cardio, and weighttraining. She'd like some help and i suggested to her clens.

if you mean she just started working out a month ago, she doesn't need clen, she needs dedication to this lifestyle and change to her body.

She is 33 and has been training since i was in diapers, she just started her diet a month ago.

And BTW- have you even looked at this forum??? Of the last 7 threads, 5 of them are about clen, all asking roughly the same questions.
