me and my girl friend are makeing diet plan for her and need some help.... she is height 5`6 weight 140 fat 23%...she wanted to go 10-14% fat to make her hard work at the gym more visible. how long diet she needs and how down the calories need to go??? she was thinking of use winny and clen but I think efedra supplements are enough or am I wrong????

Right now, your g/f's lean bodymass is 107. If she loses say 10% BF, she's going to look like a stick. Not saying that to be mean, but she needs to eat and put on a little muscle if she wants it to be more visible to people that she works out.Originally posted by Flex

I'll tell you this- it's not easy to get to 13%, or 10 for that matter. It took me 8 weeks prepping for my first contest to see that number. It's hard work, and takes HUGE commitment and discipline. Not saying she can't do it, but IMHO, she may look better if she just dropped say 5% BF, and put on a few lbs of muscle in the process.
I wouldn't recommend winny. It's notorious for water retention with women, and is a little harsh if she's just wanting to harden up and lean out a bit. I would start her on some Anavar, and see how she does on that. You can always add some Clen in later. As with anything, gains or losses are impossible if your diet isn't in check. What does her daily meal plan look like?

she do 6 meals a day ... chiken,lean beef and pasta foods.
she is trying to eat 30-40g protein on every meal but she thinks if she eats carbs she get fat so a was wandering if she wanted to put on muscle mass what is amount of carbs she need to eat per day?

She is not even close to being ready for AAS. She should not take any Var, Winstrol, Clen or anyting for a long period of time. Proper diet and training need to be addressed first and foremost. She has not even come close to reaching her full potential naturally, and could ultimately end up screwing herself up.Originally posted by Flex

Ephedra supps are enough if she is wanting to lose BF. But you just asked how many carbs she needs to eat if she wants to build mass. So, which is it? Does she want to build more mass, or lose BF. If she is so worried about carbs, tell her to eat them only at meal 1 and 3, and she needs to make good carb choices...pasta is not a good carb choice. It's GI is too high for fat loss.

ok no AAS ... you now how it is in the newbie ...when they start its all new and fresh and progres go fast and when it start to slow down next thing is AAS but I will forget that for now....but I think we are going to build mass like redsquirre told me...I will come back when she has enough mass thank you all this has ben big help to us

You can only preach proper diet and training so much. They will most likely go elsewhere for advice and run the risk of fucking themselves up. Our job is to educate them thoroughly and properly so they don't hurt themselves in the process. it will not mess with your receptors. but if you're not at your natural potential, it usually means you don't have a solid nutrition and training program down yet. because if you did, you would still be able to see changes.Originally posted by gammachick
