Sprints are great. Try to do them 4-5 times a week for 20 min. The interval and variation in heart rate is great for burning fat. If you can do them in AM that would be even better.

I love to train with weights first . I do train as heavy as I can for 6 to 8 reps. I squat, deadlift, and bench. I can squat and dead 55kg over my body weight. Then I train on he elliptical . I started out on Random level 15 for 30 min. Worked way up to level 20 for 1 hour. Then I started doing interval training on same machine. I ripped up pretty quick.I started training late feb at 108kg(fat) now I am 89kg(fit). Changed my diet too.
Do not know if this helped

thanx all - i always do weights first and do about 30 mins of cardio after. 2x week i do only cardio - my favorite is doing jump rope for 2 mins and on the spot jacks then burpies - i do this for 15 mins then finish off on the eliptical for 15 mins. just wanted to get feedback....gc

Its been over a year, but I still love to do taebo. I put some ankle and wriste weights on for a challenge, also I try to speed up the pace. I usually cool down with some yoga. Even at work on my breaks or lunch I try to get outside in the sun just to do some deep stretching. Helps keep my energy going.
