Well first off, what are you currently eating? You may not even be ready for a precontest diet yet. What do you plan to compete in? Fitness, Figure, or BBing? Do you know where you can have your BF checked weekly?
Secondly, the precontest diet lasts anywhere from 12-16 weeks, and changes are made weekly based on what you BF pinches are and how much weight is lost. So, it's kind of difficult to give you a precontest diet for the whole 12-16 weeks. Not saying I can't do it, but the diet I give will only do it's job for 1-2 weeks.
