BUT,
what about more protein in the AM?
what else do you eat at 12?
what about meals 3-5 or 6?
Right now, your LBM is 103. You have about 25 lbs of fat. You need to be AT LEAST 115 on stage. With your current LBM, that puts you at 111 on stage...figure girls usually have about 7-8 lbs of fat on stage. We need to have you LBM at 107-108 come contest time.
