  • Female diving into anabolics

    Hey girls, this is my first post but I have been reading alot on this board and i found it from the google search engine. I am 22 years old and have been in the bodybuilding lifestyle since I was 17. I'm blessed genetically and have finely toned muscles naturally, so working out for me is a breeze. I work out with weights, and don't do much cardio at the gym I just do a little bit here and there at the gym and get my other cardio dancing at the clubs, its so much more fun that way!

    Anyways, my boyfriend has been taking these pills, and they are some sort of steroid. He and his friend call them winnie pooh pills, so i think that is like an underground slang term for them so they can talk about them in public, i'm sure all you guys know that lingo, but anways, he said I should get on these "winnies" because they work well for women as well as men.

    My boyfriend can be careless at times so i wanted to search and see how many of these winnie pooh pills I should take per day and for how long? I don't want to damage my body, I am very concious about what I put into my body.

    There actually called Winnie Poo Poo's. You can take 30 or 40 at a time. They go good with honey.

      That's great that working out is a breeze for you. But that could mean 1 of 2 things- you're not working out hard enough, or you're just going through the motions. Your workouts sound like they need to change.

      If you're so genetically gifted, then why do you want to take anything at all? Muscle gains should be no sweat for you. What are you wanting to accomplish?

      If you are so concious about what you put into your body, why don't you post up your current stats, diet and training regime. That way we can make a true assessment of whether to have you take 30 or 40 Winnie the Pooh Poohs. You're may not be eating enough, or properly

      NO REALLY. You need to do a lot more research before you take anything. For one, these "Winnies" DON'T necessarily work as well for women as they do men. They have much higher virilization than other drugs. Not to mention horrible water weight, enlarged clitoris, the list goes on.

      If you BF is careless, why are you taking his advice on something like this?

          Summer, it's good that you're not just taking the word of your b/f on the Winny (btw, it's just called Winny which is short for Winstrol). Very smart of you to come here to research and ask questions for yourself!

          ^ What Red said is correct. There are steroids that are better suited for women but unless you've reached your maximum potential naturally you shouldn't put any of it into your body. You're young and still have pleanty of natural growth to do!

          If you want some advice on how to reach your natural potential, do like Red suggested...post up your diet (details like exactly what foods you eat and how often) and a detailed training split (tell us what machines and free weights you do and your reps, your weights, how many days a week you do them, etc.). You can tell us your stats (height, weight and bodyfat %). If you want to post pics, feel free to do so.

            To some extent it is, especially if it's temporary. :D

            We just don't want her growing a little dick! A lot of women just don't realize what can happen to their bodies and when they're just listening to what they hear from men they won't learn about women's side effects. When it comes to steroids, women and men are VERY DIFFERENT! I know you know this, beefcake, but I don't think our new friend has a clue. Hopefully she'll stick around and learn. :)

                    Thanks for the replies so far even the silly ones.... haha i did some searching and now i know it seems kinda funny because it must be winstrol or winny that my bf has. I read some posts from redsquirrel about the winnies and it seemed like she knew what she was talking about (or at least she thinks she does). I see now that I can take 10mg per day for about 4 weeks and probably see some results. But i don't know how many mg my boyfriend's pills are.

                    Having an enlarged clit may not be a bad thing, it should make it more stimulating there will be more ground to cover. I want to put on these muscles quickly and get more tan because the summer is almost over and its my goal to look better than all the other girls at the club. I think i can do it.

                      First of all, your smart ass comment, is uncalled for, so consider this your warning.

                      Seeing as how I'm going to see past that comment and TRY to help you, take my advice because I DO know what I'm talking about, and I don't appreciate the implication otherwise.

                      1) You have no idea what you're doing, so don't attempt any Winstrol at this time. This isn't even the right durg for a beginner anyway! You think an enlarged clit is the only risk??? Dream on. Do you know what virlization means?

                      2) If you ate right, you could put on muscle quickly. And if you don't eat right or enough while taking Winstrol, you're wasting your time and money. If you were eating right, I would have expected Not to mention putting yourself at risk for irreversible side effects.

                      How much muscle do you really think you're gonna gain by doing a 4 week cycle? 5, 10 lbs?? Well, you may, but 75% of it will be water. Then you'll have to deal with some horrible water rebound and some estrogen rebound. Sounds like a lot to risk for just wanting to look better than some other girls in the club.

                      Everyone wants that quick fix that's gonna make them lean and big in a matter of 2 weeks. IT DOESN"T HAPPEN. It takes YEARS.

                        Thanks red squirrell. I saw your pics and I didn't know you were a real bodybuilder, thats really cool. You look really good, but nothing I couldn't accomplish in a few months of training, eating protein and mixin in a few chemicals here and there.

                        Also I drink a lot of milk, it helps your muscles grow even if you're just sitting on the couch watching tv, milk is the secret for me, its the key. Plus it tastes good too, especially with oreos. Thats how I get my protein and calcium.

                        also after i'm done bulking up a little bit i plan to do a round or two of clenny to cut up. Its a fat burner kinda like those mini thins, some of my girlfriends have it, and they can diet and take the clenny and they get ripped abs!

                          Hmm... you could accomplish what I look like in a COUPLE of months??? I really find it somewhat insulting that you are minimizing my accomplishments by saying you could do it in a couple of months.Even the most genetically gifted people need tons of time to grow. Why then, haven't you competed? If you're that much of a genetic freak, then why waste time?

                          Milk is not how you get protein. Chicken, turkey, etc and protein powder is how you get protein. I can tell by that comment along with the Oreo's your diet is not right. Milk has carbs which turn to simple sugars, which is just like drinking a coke. Don't even get me started on the Oreos.

                          Most of us know what Clen can do and that it CAN burn fat if you eat right,l OReos are NOT how you eat right, and milk is not used for cutting. You can't just take Clen and get ripped abs, I'm sorry to say.

                          After reading your comments, I'm starting to think this is just BS and I am wasting my breath.
