  • Exercising Classes

    So i just registered to take a couple of exercising classes. They are Toning with Belly dancing, Strip Class which i hear is very fun. Yoga and Pilates. I also joined Chicago style stepping and Aerobic Dance.

    Has anyone here before joined any of these classes. Are they worth taking.

    I enjoy the belly dancing, but I just started as well seems fun.

      I did some Pilates after surgery and it helped to just get the muscles stretched and loosened up, plus it's very calming. I did it on DVD at home and would fall asleep at the end nearly every time. A friend of mine has taken belly dancing classes and loves it. Do what you enjoy!

      The step and aerobic dance classes seem like much more fun alternatives to walking on a treadmill. I haven't tried any classes in years, my schedule fluctuates too much to try to make it in on their schedule.

        I am so excited i start classes tonight, can't wait.

        For some reason the only way that i can work out is if i have someone there telling me what to do. Thats the only way that i can be motivated enough to work out. Reminds me of high school.
