  • Clen + Cytomel

    Hi,
I need womans advice on these 2 products...
Here's my stats and training info:
    I'm 25 yo, 5'7, 130lbs.
I'm doing weight training for now more than 3 years... never stopped... 4-5 times/week.
Since 2 weeks, I'm trying the circuit training cause I'm trying to lose a little weight...and the more fat possible...
I also have a very strict diet: high protein, low carb, taking my necessery fat in good oils... taking a lot of vitamins and minerals supplements (multi, calcium, C, omega-6), but I'm not acheiving my goals....
I'm still at a little less than 20% body fat.
I read a lot on clenbuterol and cytomel and seems like the combination of these 2 product could have good results on me...

    Need advice girls !

    Thanks so much.

First off, please post your current diet. I'm almost positive changes can be made to your current eating habits to lose BF.

Secondly, please do a search before posting a thread. There is plentiful info on this site. In fact, the thread right below yours comments on the risks of Cytomel.

Since you are new, then I will overlook the search thing, and tell you this:

Clen is the only thing for you to consider at this point; and that of course is ASSUMING you are eating properly. Many people think they are eating right to lose BF, when in fact they are not. But, what about an ECA stack instead?

Cytomel can burn whatever muscle you have built up to this point, especially if you do not eat enough calories to keep up with the drug. It is extremely dangerous, and it's use should only be CAUTIOUSLY considered when prepping for a contest. ANY other time, it's just not worth the risks. You really run the risk of screwing up your thyroid PERMANENTLY. My advice- Do not put yourself in harm's way.;)

One more thing- at 5'7" and 130lbs, you are THIN.

IMHO, you really need to concentrate on building mroe muscle rather than losing anymore weight. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. My guess is, you're not eating nearly enough calories to sustain your current LBM and training regimen. Therefore, your body has plateaud and actually gone into starvation mode.; holding onto anything you put in it.

        Thanks redsquirrel,
I did read many threats on this board but there's so many diverse opinions from the info that I get on the net... I often get confused... sorry for that... here's what I read on this board (at the end it says that some people combine it with T3 for drastic results) :
        http://www.superiormuscle.com/vbulle...s=&threadid=62

        For my diet:
Meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal + 1 whey shake in water (30g.protein) or 4 eggs with, 1 whole. (or 1/2 cup nature yogourt with little wheat germ and little fruits (ex: blueberry)).
Meal 2: shake or protein bar
Meal 3: chicken salad or tuna (or any lean meat with veggies)
        Meal 4: same as 2
        Meal 5: (post work-out) ultramet
        Meal 6: same as 3

        * I add a tablespoon of linen oil in my morning and post work-out shake.
        * I did try some fatburner (Termospeed...8mg ephedrine) on and off, not to get accostumed to it... but did helped me... I wasn't feeling anythinf except for the 2 first days...
*I'm training in the evening (6pm)

and forgot to say: I know I'm thin... and I've seen changes in muscle mass in the last year (more defined arms and back) but seems not to get any changes on the lower body !!!
So, I don't want to lose weigh actually... I want to lose fat to see these muscles !!! (and continue to work on building muscle).

No problem about the search. It can get confusing, so I'm glad you asked before doing anything. Since we've established that your really want to build mass, and not lose anymore "weight", we need to get you eating more...a lot more. You have the right idea, but in order to build those muscles and see results, you need to eat. Also, the PWO shake should not be counted as a meal.

            1- 1/2c oatmeal
            6 egg whites, 1 whole
4oz lean ground beef, sirloin, or flank steak
2- Shake w/ at least 35gms of protein
            3 strawberries
            1 tsp. whipping cream
3- 7oz chicken, fish, or turkey
            1/2c brown rice
            1c. green veggies
            4- same as 2
            POST W/O SHAKE
            5- 7oz. chicken, fish, turkey
            2 cups green veggie
            6- 7 egg white omelet

For a couple of weeks, you're going to feel like you are a glutton for punishment....LOL. Stick with it. Do this diet for 8 weeks, and you should see some decent gains. If you are worried about fat gains, they should not increase. In fact, they should decrease. Especially if you use an ECA or Clen along with this diet. Clen does have some catabolic properties.

              Thanks a lot Red,
I'll try it for sure, but your right... seeing all the rice, whippedcream and fruits is a little scary...
Don't want to put weight on... but I'll try it.
About ECA Stacks... I'm not really familiar with it... I know that it's Ephedrine, Caffeine and Asprin... but doesn't it come mixed in a pill or shoul a take them individually... and hom many per day ?

              Thanks.

IF the fruit and rice and such make you a little apprehensive, no big deal. Brown rice, oatmeal, and sweet potatoes are GOOD carb sources.

In fact, ease into it....yes, that's a good idea. Week 2, add beef at meal 1. Week 2- add the strawberries to your shakes. Week 3- add the cream. Week 4- add the 7th meal. Week 5- add 1/2c peanuts throughout the day.

That should give your body and your metabolism enough time to adjust and still burn the food you're eating.

As for the ECA, its now sold as a "bronchial inhibitor"...if you can find it. Otherwise, you can buy them all seperately. I would say start off with 20 mgs of each 2-3 times a day.

I have another question... may protein bars (Trioplex) screw up my diet ??? ...as I'm eating a lot of them instead of protein shakes when I have some on hand ...like right now ;)
I just think they are yummy... but I need your advice on that.

                    Thanks a lot.

Eat a bar ONLY when it is virtually impossible to eat a shake. Most wrappers on bars are incorrect as far as nutrion facts.

I would say limit yourself to 2 a week.

wow...thanks... I more up to 2 a day at this time !!! I'll have to keep them away from me as I eat them like candies...

Another one for you: Should change my diet to lower my calorie intake the weeks that I can't make it to the gym more than 2-3 times/week (as the week as I'm working 40 hours/day + some evening and night contract for production promotion and modeling).

                        Thanks.

Those bars can be as bad as candy...LOL. Trioplex bars are extremely high in calories.

As for the weeks you can't make more than 3 times, I would say the best thing to do would be to cycle your calories for that week. For example, this week eat what you are supposed to with the diet I gave you, on Mon., Wed., Fri., and Sun. If you can get to the gym on your normal schedule the following week, make the necessary changes as you would if you hadn't calorie cycled.

                          Make sense?:)
