  • decas for women?

    hi together,

    im female and want to start with deca (50mg per week + spiros).

    my question: are here women with experiences, or do you have girlfriends or wifes who have experiences with deca?

    im just afraid for virialization.

    a still opend the same thread like this in a german forum, but the only answers i got, was: dont do that and are you crazy? i think the women in germany are not used to take steroids. but no one there could tell me something about some experiences.

    i think 50mg per week is not dangerous, what are your experiences?

    welcome to the board. i moved your thread.

    i would say that before we can answer that question, you need to answer a few of our questions.

    1. what are your stats (how long have you been training, how old are you, weight, bf%)
    2. what's your training look like
    3. what does your diet look like - list everything you eat in a day and the time you eat it.
    4. what are your goals from this cycle.

    without those answers we cannot properly help :)

      thanks for your quick replay!

      i got to kids and stopped 8 years ago, now i am back on training since 1,5 years. i am 29 years old, ähm....my weight is 78 kg. but i want to start clenbuterol for 4 weeks befor i start with deca. bf%???? i really don't know it.

      2. my training is 1 hour cardio and 1, 5 hours weights (breast, shoulder, back, lat, bizeps, trizeps....etc....(sorry, but i cant give you a better discription, its to difficult for me in enlish))

      3. at the mom i do keto.

      i eat in the morning: 2-3 eggs with cheese
      lunch: some meat, e steak, or some fish with salad.
      dinner: a salad with thunfish, eggs and mozarella-chesse.

      snacks:1 or 2 pieces low-carb cake (4kh per piece)

      4. i dont know, if i understood your question. i try to answer: i want to loose some fat and get some red meat. i would like to loose some weight before i start with deca. about 10 kg and when i start with deca to get maybe the same weight in muscels.

      but why do you need all this informations, to tell me how the virialization is?

        we ask the questions because often times, you do not need the anabolics to achieve your goals.

        first of all, virilization - increase hair growth, enlarged clitoris, deepened voice - are effects from ALL anabolics. they will happen to different degrees with different people.

        second of all - i believe that even before you start the clen, you can stand to clean up your diet.

        for example - drop the dairy from your diet as the lactose in the dairy is really just sugar and if you are trying to stay on a low carb diet, it would be best to stay away.

        i'm not sure what low carb "cakes" are - but i would say that you're better off eating more real food in between: like 5oz of chicken with some veggies and a handful of almonds.

        if your goal currently is to lose weight, first change up your diet.

        when your goal is to gain muscle - don't look to anabolics yet - look to increasing your caloric intake (cleanly- i.e. more protein, good carbs such as oatmeal and sweet potato) - and also, drop the cardio.

        right now, i would say that if you're doing an hour of cardio a day and training 1.5hrs with weights, you are most likely over training. drop the cardio down to 45 minutes and do them after weights (45 min max).

        if you are set on investigating an anabolic with the least amount of virilization sides, anavar is a better option. but again, you won't need it until you've got your diet down and have hit a plateau.

        remember - AAS is not to burn fat, it is to build muscle.

          Great post, sana.

          Galia, you also need to get in a good sound eating routine. Right now you simply aren't eating enough calories to sustain your activity. Meaning- with as much activity as you do, you aren't eating nearly enough....especially if you want to put on muscle. Right now your body is storing most of what you eat because it in somewhat of a starvation mode. You need to take sana's advice and replace "low carb cake" with protein shakes or solid small meals.

          As far as the deca goes, virlization will be different with each person. But why start with Deca? There are plenty of other choices that have less virilization chances....but again I think you could lose more BF and put on some decent muscle through a proper diet.

            Great Post.
            Every thing you said was right on point. This woman is looking for the quick fix. The problem is that without a clean diet she will not be happy with her results.Also what excercises is she doing.Is sheSquating,Deadlifting,MilitaryPressing,You know the hard excercies. Or is she curcuit training. I can not imagine a clean diet that includes the words snack/cake
