ONE MORE THING THOUGH... what do you suggest as far as reps/sets to get HUGE?
For all exercises, you want to go 8-10 reps at your max weight, each set. For example, if you can squat 135lbs for 10 or 12, you need to increase the weight. The last couple of reps, you should be struggling to push out the weight.

If you're wanting to get big, you need to really increase your calories. You could also add 1 TBSP of whipping cream to each shake, and eat 1/2 cup of peanuts throughout the day
