  • First day at school, new diet help needed!

    Hey ladies,

    Sad as it may sound, I cant wait 'till tommorrow when I have to go back to school (5th year). Mostly because it gets me back into a good routein with eating and working out between studdying and working.

    I need help with my diet. I need you to suggest a basic 5-6 meal/day diet that I can follow thats simple. I eat a variety of foods so it isnt a problem deciding what to eat.

    Ideas, comments appreciated once again.

      Clearly, a good question to be answered

      I want to become leaner than I am now. I am 5'9 and weigh 155 lbs. I dont necessarily want to bulk up, although if I did I wouldnt be too upset about it!

      Realisticly I want to gain bigger muscles and shed the fat that I dont need.

      I know my goal sounds very unclear, but I would like to gain sexy shoulders, legs and arms and lean out at the same time.

      uhh...does that helP??

        Definitely. Fitness Girl just posted a plan over on the diet thread that I think would suit your needs nicely. May want to check it out. :)
