    You may not see changes on the scale. You may see changes in your clothes and the mirror. Find someone to check your BF weekly to gauge your progress. I can bet you've made changes, just not significant enough for you.

    Average BF loss per week is 1/2 percent. So if you are eating like you should, you should be at your BF goal in another 6 weeks
