  • Hey ladies i need help for my sister

    Whats going on Ladies. I got a question, my sisters interested in competing this July. She gets awesome compliments everywhere especially in the gym, that shes gonna be this years Miss. ********. She has a routine and gets help from the guys there who compete. The owner of the gym helps out too, hes arounds in his 60's and has done it all back in the day.

    How should she be eatiing. Shes been eating right now 4-5 meals a day, about every 3-4 hours spaced. She recently bought Optimum Nutrition Whey. Shes been eating about 2 can of tuna a day, yogurts, 1 chicken breast. Pasta Wheat with pieces of chicken. Meat when we make some. Small portions of rice.

    Her stats are shes 19yr old, weighs 132, shes 5'7'' in height. Body fat is low to the point where she has a flat stomach, a little bit of visible abs, her obliques show. Awesome lower and upper back development.

    What advice can u girls give her out?:):)

    Well first off, what sort of advice are youl looking for? Do you want gaining advice, or cutting?

    Just off the top of my head, it doesn't sound as though she is eating enough. I assume she is wanting to compete in fitness??? If so, she needs to find another female to help her with her routine. Men have good input, but it's a totally different ball of wax. Men also diet differently than women. So, what may work for them, may not work for her.

    I will also say she needs to put on about 5 lbs of lean mass before her show. That can be done through diet...but of course she will have to eat a lot more. It sounds as though she may not even need a full 12 weeks to diet, which leaves more time to gain. At her current height, she will look like a string bean on stage. Not trying to be mean, just honest!!!

      correction about the hieght, shes 5'8''.

      She eats ok, but ive been telling her to eat more. More protein and all. Shes interested in competing for the Fitness.

      Hey, she just told me in gaining more will her stomach big. She doesnt want to lose her flat stomach. WHat can she do to aviod this and/or is a a must if she wants to put on weight.

        Well, when you bulk, you're going to get bigger all over. As far as her stomach getting bigger, that's really genetic. If she gains weight in her stomach first, then it is possible. I can't tell you she won't gain it there, because I don't know her body. Most women gain it in there hips and legs and such. Whereas I, gain it the belly like a man. So it really depends on her metabolism and heredity. The other reason anyone's stomach can get big is too much HGH, which is not an issue.

        However, the job you have is to educate her that in order to grow, she may have to put on a little BF. At 5'8" she has roughly about 120lbs of lean muscle, if her BF is really that low. But keep in mind, just because she has abs doesn't mean she has that amount of mass, or that her BFis really that low. That being said- She will need to be at least 135 on stage. So what that means, is in the off season, she will need to be around 150. Or, put on about 10lbs of lean mass. The fat youput on when you bulk is lost when you diet, so you'll have to explain to her that its kind of a Catch-22. If she wants to do well, she's going to have to put on some weight. Basically you have to train her to stop getting on the scale and start going by how she looks in the mirror and how her clothes fit.

        ...Better yet, why doesn't she just join here?
