  • Need suggestions please

    My fiance is wants to do a small cycle of gear. I told her that I was going to order some test soon, and she said that if I'm taking something, then so will she. She is 28 y/o, been working out for 6 years. She is around 5-5, 125 #. She runs 3 miles, 4 times a week and lifts weights 2 or 3 times a week. Her goals are to gain a little more muscle mass. Thanks

    Im going to bump this up for RS or Puddles, and say that make sure you keep her away from test enth,cyp,dbol,anadrol etc... i have seen women do well on primo at 50mg every 10 days as well as deca at 50 mg every 14 days without vitalization ( it was a girlfriend of mine). Note these drugs were not taken at the same time, they were used on different cycles. Anavar is also mild enough for a women, I have seen my x girlfriend use winstrol b4 but I dont think it is a good choice for a women.

    I have seen women here who have claimed they love tren at very low doses like 7-10 mgs I think. This is a risky quest you are taking with your fiancé, if she were to get some nasty sides...oh like a mustache or goat T that wont go away. :D I have seen women who's clit swells during cycle, but shrinks after, however it does not always return to its smaller size... some women may not be cool with this.

    Make sure you explain to her all of the possible sides involved for a woman as I think they are less forgiving than a mans. Just because you are going to cycle does not mean that she should too. That is not the way you should approach aas. It is not a " if you can do it so can I" mentality, that may get her in trouble with these compounds.

    Best of luck to you and make sure you explain to your fiancé the reason people use... the right reasons if you will

      She has always talked about trying AAS and is aware of the side effects. She's set on crossing over to the side of AAS.

        PD gave great advice.

        However, in no way- shape, or form should she START on Test. Why is she so adamant about doing Test? Very few women; only the most committed competitors, use test. Mostly due to the irreversible sides. TRUST ME when I say that they are irreversible, and sometimes noticeable. For just someone who wants to add more mass, there are several other choices that are much less detrimental to a woman's body. If in fact, she is dead set on doing AAS, she should start with small with something like Anavar.

        What does she eat every day? So many women - all the time -want to do AAS to put on muscle when it can be achieved through lifting heavier weights and eating enough. I can first tell you that if she stopped running at the intensity she is, she would put on more mass by just doing that. If she ate properly and worked out w/ weights 4-5 times a week, she could add more mass by just making these adjustments.

        Why now? Has she tried making the changes we suggested first?

          She has tried lots of different diets combined with exercise and lifting weights. It seems as if she has hit a plateau and leveled out. Please advise a small cycle.

              I would say start with a 6 weeks cycle of Anavar.

              Week 1- 5mgs/ day
              Week 2- 5 mgs/day
              Week 3- 10 mgs/day
              Week 4- 10 mgs/day
              Week 5- 10 mgs/day
              Week 6- 5 mgs/day

                  The anavar cycle Red suggested would be a perfect first cycle. If she responds well to it, she can lengthen the cycle to 8 or 10 weeks next time. She will still experience some sides with anavar but nothing like she would on test.

                  Women do not have a high level of natural test. to recover like guys do so there is no PCT for women.

                  You mentioned that she lifts weights 2 or 3 times a week. That should be increased if she wants to gain muscle. She should cut back on the running too if her goal is to increase muscle. For good results, especially while on cycle, she should be lifting 5 days a week and doing the cardio maybe twice. Remember, the AAS will only help her, it's not going to work by itself. Training only 2 or 3 days a week is really not enough to see changes.

                  Anavar has a very short half life so if she's taking 5 mg/day she should split the dose and take it twice a day 2 1/2 in the morning and 2 1/2 in the afternoon. Same thing when she gets to 10mg/day, 5 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon.
