Bro seriously, all the cardio in the world will not help you if you do not follow a good diet. Diet is always the key factor in any bodybuilding routine. The reason I say this is because chances are that if you are not following a good diet you will probally never achieve the goals you have set for your self. I suggest that you put together a good diet and throw in some cardio, then you should be on your way to the body that you a looking to achieve.
