    HI,
    This is my first post. I am competing in a figure show ins 10 weeks. I am 5'7 and 150 lbs 14% bodyfat. I have taken anavar, winny, clen and t3 in the past. I am having trouble trimming my waist up. I am usually able to lose bodyfat and weight easily, but this time it is much harder. I am currently doing 1 to 1.5 hrs of cardio a day. I plan to increase to two hours closer to the contest. I have a precontest diet that cycles between 1600 and 1800 calories. I considering taking anavar, winny and proviron during precontest. what do you think about this cycle and this caloric intake. The fat in my midsection has become unusally stubborn. Last figure show my competition weight was 140.

    I don't compete so never had to get to such a low bf%. I have noticed that var (I'm currently on) bloats my belly something fierce and I remember reading someone else who that happened to just the other day. I also had winny for a while (was supposed to be var, grrrrrrrr) and that just bloated me overall, gave me acne, and made me insanely hungry! How did you react to those when you were on before? I've heard some women wanting to use var while they're leaning out to help maintain some lbm while they cut, it doesn't seem to work like that for me, I get bloated to a point and just continue to grow, not lean out.

    Post your diet and what you're doing for training (lifting as well as cardio). Sometimes things can be tweaked without having to resort to supplements when it's looked at with a fresh eye. Red's good at that.

    I'm going on vacation for a few days but hopefully someone can give you some ideas after you give us a little more info.

      I am lifting five days per week. Legs twice per week.
      MMy diet is cycles between averages 190 grams of protein perday. I am cycling carbs 150 mon/ 143 tue/110 wed/ 130 thur/
      140 fri/ 148 sat / 146 sun

      Var usually does not bloat me, but considering the difficulty that I am having dropping weight, I am starting to wonder. I stopped taking the injectable winni two weeks ago.

        The Var is not what is bloating you, most likely. Chances are, the Winny (ESPECIALLY injects) is still hanging around.

        What sort of carbs are you eating?

        At your current BF and time to diet, you will at best be around 9.5% BF on stage. That being said, I have two suggestions:

        1) Drop your carbs. Allow yourself 2 carb meals PER WEEK. One on Thursday and Monday evenings for your last meal. It should consist of:

        1 med. banana
        6oz sweet potato (cooked weight)
        1c. green veggies
        1/2 oatmeal (precooked)

        It will may be difficult for you, but desperate times call for desperate measures. I would say you need to do this for at least 3 weeks. Increase your protein by about 25 gms, and increase your healthy fat intake....take an extra tsp of Flax w/ 2 meals/ day. I assume you are eating healthy fats??

        2) Keep reducing calories. How long have you been cycling your cals the way you are doing it now? It's also very possible your body has just plateaud, and won't continue to change until you make it change.

          Thanks for the advice Red Squirrel. I want to clarify a few things. The carb meal that you outlined, are you saying that I eat the banana, veggies, potato, and oatmeal in one sitting.
          And no complex carbs at any other time during the day. Only protein and veggies?

          I have been doing this cycling diet for about 4 weeks.

          What do you suggest about my cycle during this precontest period

            Yes- eat all of those carbs for your last meal at one sitting.

            Yes- no complex carbs at any other time during the week. You can add 3 strawberries to your shakes every day (if you eat them, and if the shake is low in carbs)

            I would say start the Anavar in 2 weeks @ 5mgs....then for the next 5 weeks kick it to 10mgs/day. The next 2 weeks, back down to 5, then done. I would also start a Clen cycle...2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

              The diet that you suggested really jumpstarted my metabolism. I am very close to where I should be for my show that is in six weeks. I am taking 10mg of anavar and 25mg of winny every 3 days. I plan to start proviron 2weeks out. What do you think about this cycle. Should I up the winny to 50mg? I haven't had any sides thus far. Oh and on another topic, what do you think about small doses of tren for women? Thanks

                That's good to hear!

                Are you saying you're taking the Var and Winny every 3 days??? If so, you need to take the Var every day. 1/2 in the AM, and 1/2 in the PM.

                As for the Winny, I think you need to cut it completely out in no more than 2 weeks. I would say start cycling and tapering off now. Same goes for the Var. But, you can wait another week or so to start tapering that. The only purpose of taking any AAS during precontest is to maintain the muscle you have, not to gain. The only reason you should increase your intake of anything is if you feel your muscle mass has decreased. Only the most genetically gifted competitors can actually gain muscle on a contest diet.

                I think you need to start Proviron 4 weeks out. And, if you can get your hands on some Nolvadex, you should start that 2 weeks out.

                On the Tren subject, tren has been shown in women to be quite effective when topically applied as well as small doses injected. However, I really don't think you need to consider it at this point in your contest prep. You don't know how your body will react to it and what you're doing now is working.
