    At 2 iu's I held water and lost no body fat, and got tired as hell.

    I did end up with 5 lbs. of muscle and ate alot.

    Also, was able to train like a maniac with quicker recuperation.

    People always talk about fat loss on gh, for bb'rs it's usually higher doses.

    where bfat loss comes from is in all the medical tests done it's on 60 year old sedentary folks who's gh is low, give em gh, and they loose bfat.

    if you're in fairly good condition and eat right and train regularly, by itself I would not expect much very quickly, it just doesnt' work that way, it's a long long term thing.

      oh, in her case IMHO, it's probably more calories in, calories out that is doing the magic

        Her pinches went down and her clothes fit a little better.

        She DOES train like a maniac- why is this? For some reason she is super strong?? She feels and thinks she looks a bit fuller. But again, needs to lose some fat overall and was hoping the GH will assist with her diet and current training/cardio.

        As for the BF loss w/ assistance of GH...

        Since she is a female, will the 2 IU's be enough for her to see some results soon? She had some BF losses before when taken the same way...However she did stack it w/ AAS at times. But, she's not a BBer anymore.

          Also- if she ups her dose to 3 IU's/day will she see better results?? will she still retain the same amount of water, and be tired with little help on the BF?
