Depends on who does the pinches, probably.

This is mostly true. However, for competitors who have been competing for several years it is possible to get close to that figure. National level women usually are in the low 5's. The day of the show, after water depletion is my guess as to when that figure was taken. It also depends on what type of apparatus is used to do the BF.
