    Hi All,
    My partner is about to start training again (with me) after a few months
    off. She is keen is putting on some serious muscle as has decided to go
    the path of chemical enhancement. I have done 2 cycles myself, so I have
    also been down that path already.
    I want to give her the best advice and information possible, that's why
    I'm posting this message. I have done a lot of research and reading, but
    still feel there's more to know and learn, especially with regard to
    usage of AAS in women.
    Would appreciate any input on the following questions. I have been
    browsing the forums and internet in general.
    She is 5'6" tall, at about 145lbs. She's 38, with about 22% body fat,
    most of which is from the waist down.
    Goal- is to increase musculature, and drop body fat.
    Training schedule is Mon, Tue, Wed (day off/abs), Thu and Fri. Intense
    compound movements.
    Diet- 4-5 meals a day, with about 20% carbs, 35% fats and 45% protein

    Q1. Are brief AAS protocols more effective (3-4 weeks on/off), then the
    longer 8-12 weeks. Building the perfect beast (CME 2) suggests brief
    protocols are more effective, as the body does not have time to
    counteract with catabolic hormones to restore balance. I have lost size
    due to the long (10-12 week) protocols.
    Would this be the same/effective for women?

    Q2. My suggested protocol is Anavar tabs (10mg/day), and Primobolan-injectible
    (150-200mg/week). Also, possibly Durabolin at a later stage/cycle. The
    others like EQ, Deca and Winny would be too strong.
    Clen and possibly DNP or ECA to burn fat
    How does this sound. Any others that are worth considering that I may
    have missed, such as anti-estrogens

    Q3. Any other suggestions/ideas on dosages, protocols, AAS, or personal
    experiences.

    What about cardio? In all honesty, I am not trying to dissuade her from doing a cycle. What I am about to advise is for her benefit.

    First, she needs to lose some BF before starting a cycle. Yes, AAS, does increase muscle which in theory will reduce BF. However, it is possible to put on fat as well as muscle while on cycle. So essentially, she could be putting fat on top of fat. I would recommend she cut before she starts any cycle for 4-6 weeks...losing at least 2% BF.

    Second, she needs to be eating 5-6 meals a day when she's not bulking. And when she is bulking, 6-7 meals a day, and 20% more protein. Is it possible for her to make just some simple diet changes to add some mass without adding AAS initially?

    Third- do NOT start her on Primo as a first cycle. It's way too androgenic and has a long acting ester...What that means to her is that she could start experiencing sides that she doesn't like and since they still last 3-4 weeks after she ceases taking it, she could end up with irreversible sides. Primo is something to look into much further down the road. NOT as a first cycle. In addition, legit Primo is very hard to get. Durabolin as well, is way to androgenic for a female.

    The Var is a good choice, and should be ramped up and back down for a 6-8 week cycle. 1st wk-5mg, 2nd wk- 10mg, 3-6wks- 15 mgs, 7th week- 10mgs, 8th week- 5mgs. For a second cycle, she should look into EQ. I also recommend the shorter cycles for 2 reasons: 1- recovery and rebound times are less, so essentially you can do shorter but more cycles and 2- if there are sides that are not favorable, you haven't been on cycle that long, so if you quit, it won't take so long to recover.

    She doesn't need to be taking DNP by any means. It is absolutely NOT worth the risks. Start her out with some ECA, and go from there.

    My main concern here is, I understand she wants to put on muscle. What I don't understand is why she wants to jump right into these serious drugs with serious sides as she is just starting out. Does she want to start BBing?? If she is really just wanting to put on 5 or 10 lbs of muscle, then she should stick with Anavar, and maybe some Clen to lose BF. Only after she tries gaining naturally after the BF drop....
