  • Advice for wife please..

    My wife has starting working out again and I was needing some training advice for her needs. In the past she has done stuff that I have told her to do, but I'm a guy and I'm geared towards getting bigger. She on the other hand wants to reduce the size of her legs and lose inches. She gets pretty lean and sculpted on her arms, back and chest, but she carries her weight in her butt and legs. She AND I would like to keep as much of butt part though :dancingne

    Here are her stats.

    She is about
    128lbs
    5'2"
    24 years old
    has had one child.

    Any advice is appreciated!!

    Can you give an idea of her current diet and training schedule?

      Her diet I'm not totally sure about..I know that she eats oatmeal for breakfast and eats those smart ones dinners lunch. For supper she eats grilled chicken with veggies or steak with veggies depending on what I cook. for in between meals she snacks on fruit, almonds and carrot sticks I think.

      Training, she does weight training mon, wed, Fri and does cardio on tues and thurs.

        Well it sounds like she's on the right track with a moderate diet and training regimen. I suggest that she up her cardio sessions to everyday. It will up her metabolism and give her an energy boost that she'll appreciate when it comes to caring for the little one.
