i've never posted anything before, on any site so please dont eat me alive. heres my situation - im new to this and have done research for a few days and am interested in some massive weight loss and how to go about it, diet and exercise alone have failed me, and everyone in my family is obese. Im 19 yrs old and weight about 210lbs. my best friend is a guy and bodybuilder, he told me about clen and i found t3 on my own. i am interested in trying this approach along with my diet and exercise...i have found clen and t3 sold together in liquid form for about 100 bucks but i have no idea how to cycle properly and take these. If anyone would like to post or give me any advice id like to hear from you. :) thanks - steph

yes i will be exercising, with my friend that is into bodybuilding, he told me he will show me the best stuff to do, like cardio and such, then as far as what i eat, its usually always lean cuisines for lunch and dinner, no breakfest usually and ill eat out 2-3 times a week and when i eat out its not usually very healthy :( pretty high in fat or fried...but im very set on changing the way i eat and exercise to help this, my attempts before have failed tho, ill lose 10 pounds and in order to lose more id have to starve; which has worse side affects than being overweight.

The first thing you need to do is figure out your BMR.
There is a sticky in the nutriton section on doing it your self your you can use something like
http://html.theomahachannel.com/sh/i...s/bmrcalc.html
Then you need to make out an actual diet. Be honest with your self on what you will and will not eat. Most people are going to tell you to go with several smaller meals a day instead of a few bigger ones. Remember that 3500 calories = 1lb so if you cut 500 below your BMR each day thats is 1lb per week. You cant push that to far though or you will hurt your losses instead of helpin them.

is by GNC and its what i use to keep track of my meals and what im really takein in per day. I dont do it every day, but i try to atleast every other day. I think another commonly used place around here is

I have never used that one though so dont know much about it.
