Hi, im a model but i took a 6 months break. Now, i need to get into my modeling shape fast. I havent been in the gym for like 3 months and my body is a little plumpy. You think thats nothing but my family genes arent all that great. Im:
25 yrs old
5'5" height
129 pds
dont know my body fat...probably like 20% or somthing.
diet= i noticed if i eat more chicken, im less likely to crave carbs but chicken get me constipated. (it worries me that i dont go to the bathroom within like a day and a half span...somtimes) i wonder if thats why my metabolism is slow. Another thing, i retain alot of water for some reason, i get bloatted quick. I tell other people this at my gym and they just think its all in my head but really, my whole body gets bloatted if i drink alot.
excersis= i do alot of cardio(to much i think somtimes) and concentrate on my lowerbody(where i have a hard time) more cuz my upper body is skinny enough and not hard to get it toned up there. I think i visit the gym 4 to 5 days a week.
So, my BF told me about Winstrol or Clen. I saw the forums on Win and i was wondering if those side effects matter even if its just one cycle(which i believe he said its like 2 and a half months). Im a model so i kinda dont need to start breaking out in acne. The other choice is Clen, which from what i was reading is kinda like the hydroxicut w/ ephedra but i think clen is stronger. But whats the difference between Clen, T3, anavar and some other ones i read in this forum. Please, i need advice to which one will give me the best results as far as getting fat loss and getting back cut and toned. Thanks for all the help.
p.s. Im asian, whats the best work out regim to get bigger glutes cuz trust me...the butt surgery is started to get really appealing to me=P
