    Weeks 1 & 2: 50mg Primobolan depot per week + 3-4 tablets of Clenbuterol per day
    Weeks 3 & 4: 100mg Primobolan depot per week
    Weeks 5 & 6: 100mg Primobolan depot per week + 3-4 tablets of Clenbuterol per day
    Weeks 7 & 8: 10mg Primobolan depot per week
    Weeks 9 & 10: 100mg Primobolan depot per week + 3-4 tablets of Clenbuterol per day
    Weeks 11 & 12: 50mg Primobolan depot per week


    I have been eating properly and working out with the trainer since my last post. I have now dropped to 95lbs. I am doing 3 minutes of cardio 3 times per week and that is all. I wanted to make sure this cycle is not too extreme.

    how many mcgs are your clen tabs? I usually taper those up and down, you might need to start with even less than 3 tabs, or else you'll go crazy from the sides...also, how tall are you, at 95 lbs?

      Also, Primo can be pretty expensive. It's only been a month and it sounds like you havn't figured out where you need to be with everything to retain muscle. So once you complete your cycle, if you havn't made the needed changes, you will just go back to where you were and it will all be wasted.

        also, did you really say you do 3 min of cardio, or did you mean 30?

          I am abou 5'6" 5'7". I have been training on and off for 5 years. When I am not with a trainer I still exercise at home. Yes I do 3-5 minutes of cardio. If I do any more I will just keep loosing weight. I had to start eating junk food a while back to put some weight back on. I have since switched back to eat properly and the weight was gone and I am back to looking like a crack head (lol). The clen is optional he said. I will have to look at the miligrams.

            you're 5'6.5 or so, and "had" to eat junk food to put weight back on...hmm...I'd say that as a general rule, you'll want to figure out how to put weight on naturally before you start a cycle, or else you might be using a pretty expensive compound and just getting fat off it. Primo, or var, or whatever you decide to take will probably bring about good changes, but not if you don't eat well

              4-5 eggs (I eat the whole egg) & 1 pack of oatmeal
              Some kind of protein bar
              Grilled chicken with spices
              Salad (with dressing not lofat)
              Grilled steak, chicken or salmon
              And the not so healthy part of every night milk and 3 oreos

              If I am hungry I normally snack on nuts
              I also sometimes get a pep upper shake from smoothie king
              I also eat steamed veggies

                So, if you ate two more meals w/ a protein and a PWO mass shake you could see some results.

                Why hasn't your trainer recommended this avenue yet?

                Lastly- That Primo dosage AND length of cycle he recommended is IMHO, way too much for a female in your situation. What he told you to do is more than some females take when getting ready for a BBing comp. You would see MAJOR virilization with a cycle like that. I also don't know why he told you to take Clen when you're already thin to begin with. Clen is a fat burner. You need to put on weight, NOT LOSE IT

                    I could agree w/ you there. However, IMHO, as fast as her metabolsim seems to be, it doesn't seem like a viable option.

                    I just don't understand why he would have her go straight to something as androgenic as Primo. 1) it's so expensive, and 2) there are so many fakes- who knows what she could be getting. I just don't see why he wouldn't have her do Var or something....all of this aside from the fact that she simply needs to eat more.

                      As you can see, she is NOT eating anything like I told her. In fact, she is eating the EXACT same thing- which obviously isn't heeding any results.

                      SM- you are trying to put on lean muscle. Therefore, you have to EAT in order to do that. You CANNOT eat as you are now and expect to see any changes. Your trainer needs to put you on a mass gaining type of workout and diet. I gave you one which you chose not to follow.

                      I will not tell you to do Primo- or any other form of AAS- when you it doesn't appear you have made an attempt to do it naturally. You wonder why you look anorexic, yet you eat very little to accomplish the goals you are wanting to.

                        SM, I really, honestly think that if you followed Red's diet, you will gain all the lean weight you need. Primo will be helpful when you reach a point beyond which it will be hard to naturally gain muscle. If your diet is self-admittedly so deficient, you (luckily) aren't anywhere near that point. You still have over a month until your pageant -- you can do it

                              Hi, everyone. Sorry it has been so long I have been super busy with work. I have found a new trainer. I am on a new diet. I am back up to 118. This is what I eat:
                              Eggs, bacon, and cheese 6:30
                              Nuts, beef jerky, cheese (snack) 8:30 - 9:00
                              He makes me a protein shake with 50 protein and 30 carbs at 10:30
                              2 chicken breasts with cheese and bacon, steamed veggies 12:30 or 1
                              Nuts, beef jerky about 3
                              Steak, steamed veggies ( I put butter on the veggies and steak)6
                              Cheese beef jerky
                              Eggs (always the whole egg) and if I am really hungry I will put some leftover steak with this.

                              He has me on the really low carb diet since I only have a month and a half before my pageant. He is going to do a water and a carb trick. I also am sooooo sore from working out. I have never really felt this way before. I think that because I am so small people don't think that I am really strong at all. Which I am. I think that I have been doing too little weight. After my pageant he will add more carbs to my diet. He has also said that I can up my carb level to 15 per meal if I am getting the binges or feeling very weak. At first it was really hard, but I think that I am okay at my 30 carbs per day. Once again, sorry for not writing back sooner. My diet previously had changed a bit. I had not really met with a nutritionist to find out what I could eat and to really understand the diet (not just being told what to eat) I am now doing a much better job of consistantly eating more.
