Hi, I kind of noticed that also. I have been a little bloated. So I am cutting back on the cheese and bacon. I will only have that in the morning and some cheese every now and then for a snack. Does anyone know of any other low carb things to eat. I am really getting board with all of the meat and nuts? Also, does anyone know about the carb or water trick that he has me doing? I am drinking a lot of water so that might have a little to do with the bloating also. Thanks

The water/salt/carb trick is basically a manipulation of these things. Basically loading at the beginning of the week w/ salt and water....slowly taking the carbs away. where do you live, and what gym do you go to?? these are some extreme diets!! meaning they are extreme thinking from one end of the spectrum. you need something a little more well rounded IMO. when is your competition?? how long do you plan to do this bacon diet?? it will work short term. sooner than later you will feel like shit!!
