  • T3 Rebound

    I just wanted to get some input on ANY T3 cyle that doesn't cause any rebound...or, the least amount of rebound

    I've heard a straight 6 week cycle with no ramp up or taper is best, and then I've heard that a ramp up and ramp down is better also....

      I don't think there is any way to have zero, or even an unoticable, amount of rebound. No matter what works best for anyone, there is some supression(sp).

        I've never known anyone to not taper with t-3. That's a big no-no from what I understand. I've done it 2 ways. 25 for 4 days, 50 for 4 days, 75 for 4 days, 100 for 4 days 125 for 4 days, 100 for 4 days, 75 for 4 days, 50, for 4 days, 25 for 4 days.

        and I've also done:
        50 mcg
        75 mcg
        100 mcg
        125 for 24 days
        100 for 6 days
        75 for 6 days
        50 for 6 days
        25 for 6 days
        12.5 for 6 days

        I like the long taper down best. There's not much need to taper up IMO, but the long, slow, taper-down is what will keep rebound to a minimum. Also jump on some clen (if you're not taking it with the T3) or ECA SGC when you come off the T3. Good luck.

            I, too, thought not tapering was a big NO. I've only known people to take it the way Control explained.
            Are you taking it alone?

                this is what was said

                T3 is the synthetic hormone that your thyroid produces naturally.

                Similar to taking testosterone shots vs. your bodies own production.

                So taking T3 will cause a speed in weight loss. But this can be catabolic and cause a loss in muscle tissue if your not "on" anything to counter that.

                T3 also increases protein synthesis. So it can be used at a small dose when bulking also. This will allow your body to utilize more protein and keep your bodyfat lower while consuming mass cals.

                bulking dose 25mcg ed

                cutting dose 25 - 75mcg ed

                  some taper up and down, I don't

                  some cycle on and off...some run it all the way

                  I think for cutting 6-8 weeks is plenty and bulking I wouldn't go longer than 12 weeks w/o a break.

                      Of course its their choice, its probably more of a curiosity issue for us here. This is a drug with little known long term effects - the more info the better. I was hoping they had something to support their theory....

                          I guess the question is if your thyroid stops producing T3 when you take it. They used to say if you took creatine too long that your body wouldn't produce creatine anymore and you have to take it for life....

                              i don't think there will be much of a rebound if ramped correctly. if any. this is in no way similar to a female running nola and shutting down estrogen. you will be fine squirrel-
