Ive been watching quite a number of videos online with the BB's lifting weights, just to get tips & make sure i'm lifting correctly. Some I see lift really fast. I always thought it should be a slow range of motion. So i'm kinda confused. For example at the gym I have seen some people go up and down on the squat machine like their backs are washing dishes, and then i see people who appear to live by slow and steady wins the race. :hmmm: ??

Depends on what youre training for. Some people say that there is no place for faster movements and they are probably right for bodybuilding purposes. If youre training for football or some sport where sustained faster movements are necessary though it is beneficial to condition your body for those activities. I would stick to slow and controlled but I dont go as slow as some suggest.

For BB ya slow is cool. Most people i train with talk a lot of shit on BB's because training like this is useless for sports. Alot of them say that training like that set the U.S. back 10 years behind the rest of the world in strongman and other sports. Because of my fram and low BF% every day people call me a BB so i do my best to speak highly of them on there dedication to what they do.
