  • good first cycle advice?

My little sister is thinking about starting a cycle. she wants to lose some weight so she can start running again with out knee pains. She's about 5'11" 178lbs right now and has started a pretty good diet plan like oatmeal in the morning and chicken breast and veggies for lunch and dinner. I seem to recall some girls using clen and anavar but what kind of cycles and dosages would a female use vs. a male?

Well I will just point out some obvious things that show there is a lot more that can be done without cycling. First, AS is for building muscle not loosing weight. Clen is a possible thermo, but has she tried an ephedra first? The fact that you said she eats in a breakfast, lunch, and dinner pattern, leads me to believe she could use a lot of help on her diet. AS is something that should be thought about with so much more care than a man (not that men are exempt) because she is basically taking male hormone's.

You say little sister......how old? Why doesn't she join SM and maybe she can get some good help/advice directed toward her exact goals?

You say she wants to start running - some AAS can dry your joints out, so could actually cause her problems...

She needs to write out her complete diet, training regimen, supplements, etc...

How many times a day is she eating? Because if she only eats what you mentioned above, she's on the right track, but it's not nearly enough for her to accomplish her goals naturally; let alone with the assistance of AAS?

If she wants to lose weight, has she tried it naturally yet? What sort of training and cardio is she doing?
