Hi All, when taking only 5mg/day of var, do u prefer to take it when u wake up or an hour before working out? And how about if upped to 10mg, would u split the doses and how would you time them. Thanks!

5 mg is good to start a cycle with and I'd take it an hour before training. I assume you're planning on increasing the doseage to 10 mg after you see how well you tollerate the 5 mg. I say this because 5 mg is a very light doseage and I doubt you'd see much if any change from that low of a dose. And yes, twice a day dosing with the 10 mg.

I would take the 5mg prior to training and if bump to 10mg split AM/PM
