  • Clean?!?!?!

    So, as you all know I've been doing drop sets for about the past 2 months when I do my weight training.

    Now, I don't know if it's because of the drop sets, or what, but I have been COCK strong lately!

    Just yesterday, I did incline bench w/ 95lbs for 8, and 115lbs for 6! Then right after that I did 45lbs flat DB press.

    Last week I squated the hizzie (house), and did 185lbs for 8...

    WTF is going on? I'm starting to get some serious stares by both men and women in the gym as well

    LOL - good for you! Maybe because you're totally in the zone? You've got your diet and cardio in check, your lifting, you're not as stressed now, etc?? Way to go ;)
