Hey ladies..... I need some help. I am sure I can find all I need in this forum but really dont have alot of time to research right now. Was wondering if you guys could just throw a couple of ideas at me.... I have a modeling show 15 days... I know that is not enough time for a miracle but...what can I do or take natural to help speed up this process. I can NOT get to the gym in the morning (daughter at home) so I have been going at lunch and after work doing 2 cardio sessions about 25-45 min. Someone said to focus on cardio right now if I am wanting to drop some weight. My diet has been clean I am not real sure how much I need or when I need it but I am gonna be strick on myself. Any ideas for me..... wanna try and drop a few ponds and tighten up...
