Well I have been llooking around for some good forums and came accross this one..............I was wondering if there are any women using this site as there doesnt seem to be to many new posts??!?

My stats and goals:
Age: 25
Height: 5ft 5" Brit
Weight: 140lbs BF% 18-20 < I use the mirror rather than numbers!

Goal > after 6 months relaxed training its time to get serious again, lift heavy, start a new cycle, hit the CV and get these abs showing!!!
