So, my friend has been taking some GH to help lose some baby weight. IT's really helped a lot- she lost about 10 lbs in the past month by working out about 4 days a week, eating week, and she also paired it with some OTC fat burners. She's made great strength gains in the gym, and is almost back to her old self.
That being said- she's really not happy with the lack of tone she's seeing. While her diet is 90% clean, she is seeing results, but not the kind she expected. She thought her arms would be the first to tone, but not really.
