Fat burner or eca stack?

Its that time again...should I take a thermogenic product or just simply stick to a ECA stack?..

anyone have any comments on this?

what kind of commercial thermo are you looking at? is it an ephedra based product? yohimbe? anarchy stack? and then, how did you like the ECA stack when you made it yourself?

IMHO it's really all up to personal choice.... and what you think has worked for you.

True, I dont really enjoy commercial products, the only thing is that they are more convenient. I would choose one with ephedra in it, if I take a commercial product. If not, I will simply do a stack.
