  • It's time to start a f***ing diet!!

    Well ladies, since the wedding, the squirrel and her new husband have been totally junking out....I mean fast food waayyyyy to often. I feel gross, I look gross, and pants are getting too tight. So, here's a skeleton:

    Meal 1- Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg
    Tuna or Chicken
    Meal 2- Shake w/ strawberries
    Meal 3- Chicken, Turkey or Fish
    Sweet Potato, or Brown Rice
    Green Veg
    Meal 4- same as 2
    Meal 5- Chicken, Turkey, Fish, or Red meat (2 x/wk)
    Green Veg
    Meal 6- Egg whites
    Chicken or Tuna

    The fat and sassy days are OVER!! IF I want to compete next year, I've got to get on track NOW!! If I wait until after the holidays, I will look like dog shit on stage!!!

    The worst part of it- i have to start doing cardio again...:(

    Oh, well...our confidence will be back up where it needs to be by month end...Just so we can turn around and eat all the turkey and mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie our heart desires!!! HA HA!!!LMAO!!!

      Now I know why I've been a moody beeootch!!! At least if we diet hard for a month, one weekend won't kill it too bad. But if we wait until the new year, it will be out of control!!!
