Doing another cycle of Clen..

If you didnt know, I did a cycle of clen in July, with pretty good results. Though, it was summer and my eating was a little sketchy so I think I could have done better than I did.

Do you ladies have any tips, advice of how to utilize my experince with clen this time around, so that I get the best results possible? Please let me know!

Ok well...now I think Clen is making me sick to my stomach. I feel sick after my workouts, after taking the stuff. Is this possible?
